to provide your organisation with a timely and prompt staffing solution

Our “Executive” Division specialises in permanent staffing solutions
within the hospitality industry. Our specialist Permanent Consultants
will work in partnership with you by taking a detailed Job brief,
in person if required. We will then screen our internal database for
suitable candidates or alternatively advertise, screen, interview,
conduct psychological assessments where required by our in house psychologist
and subsequently prepare a candidate short list. Following your perusal
of our short list we will then arrange interviews between yourself
and the selected candidates. Once you have made the recruitment decision
we are able to make the offer to the successful candidate, which at
times can be quite stressful and time consuming. All you will receive
at the end of this comprehensive process is a ‘matched’ candidate
to your position and one simple invoice.
