Our “Express” Division specialises in temporary and short-term contract staffing solutions. We provide hospitality personnel that are flexible, impeccably groomed, and skill tested on short notice, often within two hours! You will partner with our specialist Temp Consultants who work with a “sense of urgency”, coupled with a consultative approach to provide your organisation with a timely and prompt staffing solution to ensure that your business continues to operate efficiently with minimal interruption.

A La Carte Executive
Our “Executive” Division specialises in permanent staffing solutions within the hospitality industry. Our specialist Permanent Consultants will work in partnership with you by taking a detailed Job brief, in person if required. We will then screen our internal database for suitable candidates or alternatively advertise, screen, interview, conduct psychological assessments where required by our in house psychologist and subsequently prepare a candidate short list. Following your perusal of our short list we will then arrange interviews between yourself and the selected candidates. Once you have made the recruitment decision we are able to make the offer to the successful candidate, which at times can be quite stressful and time consuming. All you will receive at the end of this comprehensive process is a ‘matched’ candidate to your position and one simple invoice.

Temporary staff allocated to you will be carefully monitored to ensure the provision of high quality staff, with regular site visits from your A La Carte Personnel Account Manager. We also request your feedback on the completion of a placement in order to gauge the service provided by each of our staff and to assist us in the ongoing provision of a highly skilled and professional staff.
